How it works
You tell FestPilot which festival, which weekend and how much you can spend. It answers with a dated plan: travel legs, a place to sleep, a rough set-time schedule and a cost split for the group. Planning drops from three hours of open tabs to about three minutes.
Must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent or guardian. FestPilot plans the itinerary, the budget, the group, the transport and the stay. Always confirm festival details with the organiser.
The process
Five steps, one input box. The planner does the reading, the comparing and the scheduling so you can get back to picking a tent.
Pick a festival, add your dates, home city, group size and a budget band. Rough numbers are fine, you can sharpen them later.
Stage grids, set times and the latest schedule notes get parsed, then matched against travel times, shuttle routes and places to stay near the grounds.
Arrival, check-in, the sets you refuse to miss, plus real gaps for food, water and sitting down. Every block shows the walk time between stages.
One link, everyone votes on the clashes. Edits sync to the whole group, so nobody is standing at the wrong gate at midnight.
A missed bus or a shifted set time is not a crisis. Update the plan and the rest of the day reflows around it in seconds.
FestPilot plans the itinerary, the budget, the group, the transport and the stay. Always confirm those details with the official festival organiser. Event lineup and schedule subject to change. Prices include all applicable taxes and fees.
