Age and Alcohol Policy

1. Minimum age

This site and our events are for persons aged 18 or older. We may request a valid ID and refuse entry or cancel a booking if age cannot be confirmed.

2. Alcohol and the legal drinking age

In Ukraine the legal drinking age is 18. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18+ who present a valid ID. Staff may ask anyone who appears under 25 for proof of age. We never supply alcohol to minors and refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests.

3. Personal data

For age checks and bookings we process name, e-mail, phone and ID/passport details with your consent, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Cookies and traffic data are processed only with prior consent, under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. 4. Provider and consumer rights

Provider details, Публічний договір (оферта) and Контактна інформація are published as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Refunds, withdrawals and complaints follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX. Complaints may be filed with Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів (Держпродспоживслужба) or in court.

5. Advertising

Promotions comply with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР; we make no misleading claims and do not target minors.

6. Packaged trips

Where a tour operator organises a packaged trip, Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР applies and a tour-operator licence is required.
