The total price of a trip plan, including all mandatory fees, taxes, and service charges, is displayed before you place your order. The price is in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) unless otherwise stated. We do not charge hidden fees. Payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
Pricing covers itinerary, budget, group, transport and stay planning. We do not use misleading pricing or false urgency.
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with your itinerary. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, you may cancel a trip-planning order within 14 days if the plan has not yet been delivered. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. If we cannot deliver the itinerary, you will receive a full refund.
You may lodge complaints with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or the courts. Contact details are on their official website.
